Got it!
Uniform Policy Update: We are currently updating the uniform policy to reflect the forthcoming changes to branded items ahead of their introduction in September 2026. The updated policy will clearly set out which branded items are required, as well as expectations for suitable non-branded equivalents. This information will be published to families in due course, with further details to follow. We ask that families wait until the updated guidance has been published before purchasing new uniform items, to ensure that any purchases are in line with the new policy. Thank you.

Geography

Why Study Geography?

If you want to change the world in which we live, you must first understand it, and this is exactly what Geography allows you to do. The course covers a mixture of physical and human Geography topics and explores how they are interconnected. With this knowledge you could be the one to change mankind’s future and save our planet from destruction.

Studying Geography gives you the opportunity to explore some of the big issues facing the world today, and in particular how we manage these challenges. You will have the opportunity to study some of the inequalities that plague us and consider how they can be overcome. Geography is a highly valued subject among universities and employers and is regarded as a facilitating A Level.

During the course you will have the opportunity to take part in fieldwork training to develop your research and independent study skills, as well as explore the use of GIS and statistical analysis, making you a well-rounded and highly skilled individual.

Where can Geography take me next?
