Welcome to Longsands Media Studies Department

We look forward to welcoming all students who want to learn and understand more about the world of media and film.

Currently, we offer both GCSE and A level courses through the OCR examination board for Media. A level Film Studies is given as an option for sixth form students through the WJEC examination board.

We are proud to say that we have many students who progress from GCSE to A level and from A level to degree study, with many of our students going on to find success in their chosen field.
